Registration and Payments

Please complete your registration and payment using the links below. We strongly prefer payments by credit card through our website for ease and efficiency. However, if paying by check is your only option, please complete this form, and AAUW-NYS will coordinate your registration once your payment has been received.

Hotel Block

AAUW-NYS reserved a hotel block meeting until Friday, May 23, 2025, under Group Res ID AUQ for “NYS-AAUW”.  King Bed and Two Queen Bed Hotel Rooms will be available at $169.00 per night plus applicable lodging taxes. Rooms can be reserved for up to 4 guests per hotel room at the same night rate. Rooms may also be reserved for stays up to 3 days before our meeting to 3 days after our meeting for the same rate. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and responsible for all charges made to the hotel room.
